Refund policy
we have a 7-day return policy Based on Approval, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at naturesgardenaquarium@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as fishes, animals, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to:
- Return the item you have (if approved),
- Make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
100% Replacement for Dead Fishes.
If you receive dead fish, please inform us on the same day or within 24 hours of receiving your order. We offer a 100% replacement in such cases.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at naturesgardenaquarium@gmail.com.
